Rahul
Rahul spent the first five years of his career in banking, asset management, and hedge fund operations, gaining a deep understanding of the mining, oil, and gas sectors. He has been instrumental in structuring and establishing hedge funds and a boutique office, and has built strong connections in the European family office network, as well as in Africa, Asia, and India. Rahul founded a sports company that advises on various aspects of sport, from club acquisitions to player management. Rahul has been financing sports franchises with a focus on stadium and ancillary land. He also plays a strategic role in managing and promoting the Parker Lloyd Group. Rahul has invested into Hotels, care homes and hospitality assets. -
Rajni
Rajni Mehta founded Parker Lloyd over 40 years ago, originally as an accountancy and tax practice. The growing demands of clients led to the formation of Parker Lloyd Group, which now provides a wide range of financial services, including wealth management, energy, commodities, technology, hospitality, real estate, and sports marketing. Parker Lloyd offers advisory services for investment into hedge funds, private equity, bonds, and renewable energy projects, particularly in the Eastern European market. The group and its subsidiaries raise finance through debt and equity with various joint venture partners, and it has also established a micro-finance business in Eastern Europe with over 350 staff members.

Chris
Chris has been involved in financial services and lending since 1999. He is FP1,23, FSA and CeMap qualified and has worked for a number of well known names including LloydsTSB and Brooks Macdonald. Chris joined Parker Lloyd in 2007 where they set up a FCA regulated brokerage called Parker Lloyd Capital which is still running today. Chris has worked in all areas in property lending but in recent years has specialised in residential development, hotels and healthcare. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time in the countryside on his farm and spending time with family. -
Matt
Matt is an accomplished financial professional with a robust background in banking, lending, and financial services. His career began in London’s financial district, where he built a solid foundation in banking operations and customer service. Matt then moved into a managerial role with a major building society, overseeing multiple branches, driving growth, and ensuring operational efficiency. Matt has played key roles in the development of major UK lenders, including helping to grow a new lender specializing in innovative financial products, which was eventually sold to GE. He also worked as a financial broker before helping to establish Omni Capital, a major UK bridging funder. With extensive experience in the lending market, Matt is now focused on the establishment and growth of Totus Lending. -
Kevin
An entrepreneurial lending individual who has worked across commercial & corporate banking, direct lending, and consultancy practices. Kevin has been involved in multiple LBO/MBOs, securitisation of lending, and recently established a short-term bridging lender, building policies from origination, to underwriting and has developed risk and portfolio management strategies to ensure strict loan management.
